2. About TutorSathi.in

TutorSathi.in is a digital tutor and coaching management platform. It helps private tutors and coaching centers manage students, fees, payments, dues, class routine, reports, PDF invoices and related records.

TutorSathi.in is a software/service platform. We do not provide physical product delivery through this website.

3. Account Registration and Approval

To use TutorSathi.in dashboard features, users may need to register with accurate information such as name, phone number, email, institute/coaching name and other required details.

• Account approval may be required before full access is provided.
• We may reject, suspend or block any account if the provided information is false, incomplete, suspicious or misused.
• Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials safe and confidential.
• Any activity from a user account will be treated as the responsibility of that account holder.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use TutorSathi.in only for lawful and genuine tuition/coaching management purposes.

• You must enter correct and authorized data in your dashboard.
• You must not misuse student, guardian, tutor or payment-related information.
• You must not try to hack, damage, copy, reverse engineer or disturb the platform.
• You must not upload or enter illegal, abusive, misleading or harmful content.
• You must comply with applicable laws while using the platform.

5. Student and Coaching Data

Tutors and coaching centers may enter student-related information such as student name, class, fees, payment, due and report details. The tutor/coaching center is responsible for ensuring that such information is collected and used with proper authority or permission where required.

TutorSathi.in provides a digital management system. The accuracy, legality and proper use of student or institute data entered by the user remains the responsibility of the user.

6. Subscription Plans and Payments

Some features of TutorSathi.in may be available under free or paid subscription plans. Plan features, validity, pricing and limits may be displayed on the website or informed through official communication.

• Subscription access may start after successful payment verification and admin approval.
• Plan validity, student limit, feature access and renewal terms may depend on the selected plan.
• Users must provide correct transaction/payment details when required.
• Pricing, plan benefits and offers may be changed from time to time.

7. Service Availability

We try to keep TutorSathi.in stable and available. However, we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times.

Temporary downtime may happen due to maintenance, server issues, internet problems, hosting problems, security updates, third-party service issues or technical errors.

8. Support and Communication

We may provide support through call, WhatsApp, email or other official channels. Support response time may depend on issue type, working schedule, technical complexity and service availability.

Official communication may be sent to users through email, WhatsApp, phone call, SMS, dashboard notification or website notice.

9. Data Backup and User Records

TutorSathi.in may provide digital records, reports, invoices and dashboard data based on information entered by users. Users are advised to regularly download or keep backup of important reports and records.

We are not responsible for loss caused by wrong data entry, accidental deletion by user, misuse of login credentials, device problems or user-side mistakes.

10. Intellectual Property

The TutorSathi.in name, logo, design, software structure, website content, UI/UX, documents, graphics and related materials belong to TutorSathi.in / Ziyatech Solutions, unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer or commercially misuse our software, design, branding or content without written permission.

11. Prohibited Activities

Users must not use TutorSathi.in for any activity that may harm the platform, other users or any third party.

• Unauthorized access, hacking, scraping or bypassing security.
• Using fake identity, fake payment details or misleading information.
• Uploading harmful code, malware, spam or abusive content.
• Misusing student, tutor, guardian or payment data.
• Using the system for illegal or fraudulent purposes.

12. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate any account if we believe that the user has violated these Terms & Conditions, misused the platform, provided false information, attempted unauthorized access or created security/payment risks.

In such cases, access to dashboard, reports, subscription features or support may be limited or stopped.

13. Limitation of Liability

TutorSathi.in is provided as a digital management tool. We are not responsible for business loss, tuition fee disputes, student/guardian disputes, wrong data entry, missed payments, local coaching management issues or decisions taken by users based on dashboard records.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability will be limited to the amount paid by the user for the active subscription period, if any.

14. Third-Party Services

TutorSathi.in may use or connect with third-party services such as hosting providers, email services, OTP services, payment systems, WhatsApp links, analytics tools or other technical services.

We are not responsible for downtime, policy changes, errors or issues caused by third-party service providers.

15. Privacy Policy

Your use of TutorSathi.in is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, store and protect user information.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute should first be attempted to be resolved through mutual communication with TutorSathi.in / Ziyatech Solutions.
