Simple & Fair Refund

TutorSathi.in subscription নেওয়ার পর যদি কোনো tutor আমাদের service নিয়ে সন্তুষ্ট না হন, তাহলে নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে request করলে 100% refund support দেওয়া হবে।

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to subscription payments made for TutorSathi.in, a unit of Ziyatech Solutions.
Our promise: If a tutor is not satisfied with the TutorSathi.in service after taking a subscription, the tutor may request a 100% refund within 7 days by sending a proper problem/issue email to our official support email.

1. Digital Service Delivery

TutorSathi.in is a digital software/service platform for tutors and coaching centers. It provides online dashboard access, student management, payment records, dues, reports, invoice/PDF and related digital features.

We do not sell or deliver any physical product. Therefore, no physical shipping is applicable for TutorSathi.in subscriptions.

2. Subscription Activation

After subscription payment and required verification, the selected plan may be activated for the tutor account. Activation may depend on successful payment confirmation, correct user details and admin approval where applicable.

  • Subscription access is provided digitally through the TutorSathi.in account/dashboard.
  • Plan validity, student limit and features depend on the selected subscription plan.
  • Users must provide correct payment and account details for activation.

3. 7 Days 100% Refund Policy

If a tutor takes a TutorSathi.in subscription and is not satisfied with the service, the tutor can request a 100% refund within 7 days from the subscription purchase/activation date.

To request a refund, the tutor must send a proper problem/issue email to our official email address within 7 days.

  • Refund request must be sent within 7 days of subscription purchase/activation.
  • The email must clearly mention the problem or reason for dissatisfaction.
  • The request should be sent from the registered email address, or must include registered phone number/account details.
  • Valid refund requests will be reviewed by the TutorSathi.in support team.
  • After approval, 100% refund will be processed within 15 days.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us with the following details:

  • Your full name and registered mobile number.
  • Registered email address.
  • Subscription plan name and payment/transaction ID.
  • Date of subscription payment or activation.
  • Clear description of the problem or service issue.
  • Screenshot or supporting proof, if available.
Refund email must be sent to: tutorsathiinfo@gmail.com. WhatsApp/call support may help, but official refund request should be submitted through email for proper record.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive a valid refund request within the eligible period, our support team will review the issue. If the request is approved, the full refund will be processed within 15 days.

Refund may be sent through the original payment method, bank transfer, UPI or any other suitable method based on payment mode and operational feasibility.

6. Cases Where Refund May Not Apply

Refund may not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Refund request is made after 7 days of subscription purchase/activation.
  • User fails to provide proper account/payment details.
  • User has violated our Terms & Conditions or misused the platform.
  • False, fraudulent or duplicate refund request is submitted.
  • Account is suspended due to misuse, fake information, security issue or prohibited activity.

7. Cancellation Policy

A user may stop using TutorSathi.in at any time. However, stopping use of the service does not automatically create a refund unless the refund request is submitted within the eligible 7-day period and approved under this policy.

Subscription cancellation may stop future access or renewal where applicable, but active plan access and refund eligibility will follow this policy.

8. Plan Changes and Renewal

Subscription plan, price, features and validity may be changed from time to time. Renewal charges, plan upgrade or downgrade rules may be communicated through the website, dashboard or official support channel.

Any refund request for renewed or upgraded plans will also follow the same 7-day refund request rule unless otherwise mentioned in writing.
